The Best Customer Education Program award recognizes a Docebo customer who excels in delivering an outstanding training program for their customers, partners, and/or members. Submissions can highlight various aspects of training, including onboarding initiatives, asynchronous courses, live sessions, virtual labs and simulations, certification programs, video content, social learning opportunities, and in-app guidance.

Best Employee/Talent Development Program

The Best Employee/Talent Development Program award honors a Docebo customer who delivers an exceptional employee training program. This includes but is not limited to, onboarding, professional development, leadership development, sales enablement, compliance training, and specific time-sensitive initiatives. Entrants are encouraged to showcase innovative strategies and methodologies used to enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes. The award celebrates the vital role of talent development in driving organizational success and fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the workplace.

Best Learning UX/UI Design

The Best Learning UX/UI Design award recognizes a customer who has created and implemented an outstanding learning platform for their audiences. Submissions may highlight beautifully designed pages, menus, or a specific learning program or course. Submissions should also demonstrate how the platform effectively integrates learning design with technological delivery. Additional areas of focus can include gamification elements (such as badges and leaderboards), course and learning plan thumbnails, site navigation, accessibility features, and content organization.

Best Platform Governance Strategy

The Best Platform Governance Strategy award recognizes a Docebo customer who has successfully implemented an effective governance framework for their learning platform. This award honors those who have established clear policies and best practices to ensure the integrity, security, and efficient use of Docebo. Submissions should outline strategies for managing user access, content oversight, and compliance, as well as how these practices enhance the learning experience. This award celebrates the vital role of strong governance in maximizing the impact of learning initiatives and fostering a sustainable, user-friendly platform.

Rookie of the Year

The Rookie of the Year award (started using Docebo in 2026 or later) celebrates a new customer who’s displayed exceptional creativity and innovation in leveraging the Docebo platform. Submissions should provide a detailed overview of utilizing the platform in its early stages, highlighting specific strategies and initiatives that led to impressive outcomes. We encourage entrants to showcase the measurable results achieved through their learning programs, whether in terms of increased engagement, improved performance metrics, or successful implementation of new training methodologies. This is an opportunity to illustrate the transformative impact of the Docebo platform on your organization and to inspire others in the learning community.

AI Innovator of the Year

The 2027 inaugural AI Innovator of the Year award recognizes a Docebo customer who has boldly experimented and embraced AI to transform how learning gets built, delivered, or measured. Submissions should demonstrate practical, creative application of AI related to the Docebo platform, whether that's accelerating content creation, personalizing learning paths at scale, surfacing skills insights, automating administrative work, or deploying conversational and agentic experiences for learners. We're looking for teams who have moved past experimentation into real impact with measurable results to show for it: hours saved, content velocity gained, engagement lifted, or outcomes improved. This award celebrates the customers who are defining what AI-powered readiness actually looks like in practice, and setting the pace for the rest of the community.
