Prior to working for Docebo, Patrick was the first sales hire for a SaaS startup in Atlanta called Gather and helped grow that company to over 65 employees and an acquisition. Additionally, Patrick has been a Director of Learning & Development for both Xerox and Gather respectively. When Patrick isn't working, he hosts Pub Trivia and enjoys his weekends with his golden retriever, Henry. Patrick is excited to host Inspire 2019 in Atlanta as it is his hometown!

Originally from Italy, Alessio Artuffo lives and works in Toronto in Docebo’s Canadian office. Alessio launched Docebo North America's operations in 2013 in Athens, Georgia. As Chief Revenue Officer he is currently responsible for the company's revenues, services and customer success teams. Prior to his current role, Alessio led the Docebo International Sales and Channel organizations, and was previously the US Country Manager at another learning technology provider.

Since early 2000, Alessio has supported high-performing teams at some of the largest Fortune 500 companies worldwide in designing and implementing highly complex online learning solutions. Alessio's main areas of expertise include modern growth approaches for highly performing SaaS businesses, and helping European companies succeed in the North American market.

He has been a research analyst in the human capital field since 2005, joining Brandon Hall Group in 2012 to concentrate on learning research. He has written several reports published by ATD, covering mobile learning, social/collaborative learning, and more. His work has also appeared in Compensation & Benefits Review, T+D Magazine and CLO Magazine.

She is a lifelong learner and educator at heart whose first career was with the National Park Service as a backcountry and interpretive ranger leading fireside chats, then spending 12 years in higher education in program design/development and student support services. Every day presents a new and unique problem to solve as she works to create a culture of learning, foster curiosity, and support her colleagues in extending their expertise to external clients.

At the last DoceboInspire, we introduced the first of our Artificial Intelligence features, which included deep global search, auto-tagging, and Invite-to-Watch. Over the past year, Docebo’s AI has continued to evolve, including additional features for learners, their managers and platform administrators, with a particular focus on personalization, the learner experience, and learning effectiveness. Thing is, we’re just getting started! Jennifer’s contributions to the Cineplex Learning and Development team have been internationally recognized with the Brandon Hall 2018 Silver award for excellence in Learning for Best Use of Blending Learning, and the 2017 DoceboInspire Charles Jenning Award for Excellence.

In addition to overseeing Usabilla Academy, Mat is a Customer Success Manager who is at the helm of the relationships with some of Usabilla’s most notable customers including MailChimp, Crocs, Sleep Number, and Aeroméxico. Despite being new to L&D, the Usabilla Academy team were a finalist for the Best Extended Enterprise Training Program Award at DoceboInspire 2018.

Louise has a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Michigan, where she completed research on ancient philosophy and translation theory. During her studies, she also focused on educational development, with a concentration on teaching foreign languages. Beyond working for more than half a decade as a translator and editor, she has contributed to a number of diverse eLearning projects, including a mobile app for learning ancient Greek and an online program providing self-paced standardized test preparation.

Today, Louise is applying her various experiences as the lead eLearning developer at Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) in Odense, Denmark. She recently launched a certification program for MiR’s distributors that combines online learning and hands-on workshops with the robots. The program is expected to reduce the burden on internal technical support staff and foster closer, more productive relationships with MiR’s global distributor network.
